Michael Faia, PMP®
Michael Faia is the Head of R&D Portfolio Management at Harmony Biosciences. In this role, he provides strategic leadership across their preclinical and clinical portfolio, integrating drug development across all functions and translating strategy into execution to deliver medicines to patients. Prior to Harmony, Michael held roles of increasing responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson, MedImmune/AstraZeneca, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Michael is a strategic thinker and proven high performer with over 23 years of global experience in product and program management, new product commercialization, and drug development in the pharma-biotech industry. He is an accomplished line and matrix team leader with experience building and developing project management organizations and project teams, managing multi-cultural change programs, establishing strategic direction, executing operational plans, and developing partnerships.
Michael earned his BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, an MS in Quality from Temple University, and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. Michael holds multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), is a Pennsylvania licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB).
Jasmine Harvey, PMP®
Jasmine Harvey is the CEO/Founder of Enterprise Principal Management (EPM), where she oversees and coordinates various organizational programs, services, and other strategic initiatives that align multiple projects with the company's strategic goals.
Jasmine is an IT Project Manager at ChristianaCare, managing large-scale complex EMR implementation projects across the health system. Jasmine earned her Master of Education (M.Ed.) from East Stroudsburg University. She is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Donald Baines, PMP®
Donald Baines is Director of Strategic Business Improvements at Janssen Biotech (Johnson & Johnson). Prior to Janssen, Don led global, regional, and U.S. product launches at Teva and Merck, as well as leading cross-functional projects involving mergers and acquisitions.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (Temple University), a Master’s degree in Engineering Management (Drexel University), a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics (University of Pennsylvania) and a Master’s certificate in Project Management (Stevens Institute). Don is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Management Practitioner (ADKAR/Prosci®).
