The Office of the Registrar will review once you have enrolled in your remaining course(s) in the term you will be completing your degree.
- For students seeking permission to walk in spring but will be completing their degree in summer, you must register for your course(s) first before we will review. Summer registration opens the first week of February.
- For students seeking permission to walk in fall, but will be completing their degree in spring, you must register for your course(s) first before we will review. Spring registration opens in mid-October.
- If you are enrolling in your final course(s) at another college/university, most commonly a community college, you must first register for the course(s) and provide proof of registration when submitting the permission form. Please ensure you have checked the PSU Transfer Tool and consulted with your advisor on how the course(s) will transfer back to Penn State. Once your final course(s) have been completed, please request an official transcript from the college/university to be emailed to [email protected] to ensure the course(s) are on your academic record for final review by the college for completion of the degree. Please complete form and email proof of enrollment to Timothy Smalarz, [email protected]
